Miss Kannikar Leethaweebsub


Miss Kannika Leetaweepsub, bachelor student at Faculty of Public Health Mahidol University, received 5th year scholarship under the program “Ajinomoto Scholarship for ASEAN International Students” for the academic year 2014. Miss Kannika and her family had a meeting with Mr. Phichien Koosmith, Vice President of the Ajinomoto Foundation, M.R. Kagefumi Nagao, Vice President of Ajinomoto (Thailand) Co. Ltd., and other foundation Board Members to farewell to study graduate degree at Graduate School of Science at University of Tokyo in Japan.

M.R. Asuhiro Takato, Vice President of the Ajinomoto Foundation, along with the board of members joined the scholarship ceremony of the “Ajinomoto Scholarship for ASEAN International Students” program for the academic year 2014 to Miss Kannikar Leethaweebsub, student at the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University. This was the 5th year of this scholarship program to Graduate School of Faculty of Science, University of Tokyo, Japan. Asst. Prof. Rewadee Jongsuwat, Head of Department of Nutrition Faculty of Health Sciences, Mahidol University joined the ceremony. The scholarship was a non-binding no-payback-obligation for research and graduate students worth over 6 million yen per year for a period of 3 years, withint the partnership between Ajinomoto Foundation Thailand and Ajinomoto Foundation Japan.

The grant ceremony was held on August 14, 2013 at Ayutthaya Building, Ajinomoto Headquarters (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Ayutthaya Road, Bangkok.
