Background : The Ajinomoto Foundation was established in 1976 with the primary objective of supporting Thai society, particularly in the field of education, while also contributing to other social causes. Over the years, the foundation has implemented various scholarship programs, such as the “Funds for Student Graduation” project, which provides financial support to academically outstanding but financially disadvantaged students, and the “ASEAN Scholarship”, which sponsors postgraduate studies at the University of Tokyo in Japan. Additionally, the foundation offers scholarships for outstanding researchers.
For the academic year 2016, the foundation recognized the crucial role of educational support as a fundamental driver of further development in various fields.
