Baan Don Moon School, Amphoe Thung Hua Chang, Lumphun Province which is located in remote area in Northern of Thailand. There is a canteen in the school but too old and not safe for using. Ajinomoto Foundation decided to support the building of canteen under the “Ajinomoto for Thais : Better Nutrition, Stronger Nation” Project in 2016, with a budget for the construction of 1,000,000 Baht. The canteen construction was completed as a no.62 under the project. The delivering ceremony was conducted on June 23, 2017 led by Mr.Suradech Thiaphairat, Director and Deputy and Secretary-General of Ajinomoto Foundation to deliver this canteen honored by Dr.Suwit mukdapirom of Lumphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2
The opening day was filled with excitement and appreciation from the students, parents, teachers, and villagers in the community to receive the new and hygienic canteen.
