Project : Community Health Service Development
In addition to helping the Thai society in educational support, according to the main purpose of the Ajinomoto Foundation, the Foundation also intends to help the society in other areas. One of the key areas is the development of public health which is one of the country’s most important infrastructures. Since 2010, the foundation, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Health and other related agencies, initiate projects to develop public health services including supports in constructions, improvements, and sourcing for equipment and durable goods. The goal was to help Thai people in remote and difficult areas to have better access to basic public health services as well as to increase health education in more widespread areas.
