Details

The old public health center building was 800 meters, opened in1995. The ground floor was used as an office to service villagers and the upper floor was the accommodation for staff. The building received a budget of 1,000,000 baht to renovate the building from the Ajinomoto Foundation.

The Foundation has donated funds to construction of public health centers consecutively for the second year. The foundation donated to 2 public health centers i.e. Ban Manee Pruek, Tung Chang District, and Ban Huai Lao, Na Noi District totaling 1,500,000 baht. Prof. Viroj Laohaphan, the Foundation’s director at that time, was the representative in donating the fund to Doctor Tanongsan Sutattham (former) Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health on 22 September 2011. Then proceed with the construction.

After the construction was completed, the opening ceremony was led by Mr. Phichien Koosmith, vice president of the Ajinomoto Foundation, together with the Ministry of Public Health, to hand-off two public health centers, Ban Manee Pruek, Tung Chang District, and Ban Huay Lao, Na Noi District totaling 1,500,000 baht. Dr. Piya Siriluck, Provincial Public Health Officer of Nan, was the representative in receiving the building on July 23, 2014. Both of the public health services received a budget for the construction and renovation of the facility under the Ajinomoto Foundation’s policy to support community development.
