Date                  12-13 February 2014

 Description

In addition to providing scholarships under the program “Graduate with Ajinomoto Foundation’s Scholarship,” the Ajinomoto Foundation recognized the importance of developing students potential to adapt to work life and society after they graduate. This was an important driving force in the development of the country. For this reason, the foundation organized a leadership camp called “Leadership Development Camp and Preparation for Professional Work Life” for the first year for annual Academic Year 2014. This camp helped students learn how to develop their leadership potential and prepare before going out to the world of professional work. The trainings were organized by the HR of Ajinomoto (Thailand), including activities such as team building activities, job interview mocks, filling out a job application correctly. This event was held after the scholarship ceremony for 70 students (Higher Vocational College year 2 and Bachelor Degree year 4). The students then continued to Cavalli Casa Resort on 12-13 February 2014, with Mr. Suchat Naksawek, Board Member and Secretary General of the Foundation gave the welcome speech to the students.
